WE WON!!!

WOOO HOOO!!!
We did it!! We actually won the Summary Judgement!
This was the FINAL step at the lower court level. Can you Say GOOD BY GREENSBORO

The Judge listened to our case and the city's defense and ruled in our favor. Our motion was that the city ordinance that annexed us was Null and Void. The city has the right and can appeal to the higher court, however the higher court has already ruled on the main point of our case. (They ruled in our favor)
I don't have all the answers yet to all the questions. that is what this blog is for. maybe a faster way to get information out to you all.

    seeing that the judge also ordered the CITY TO PAY FOR ALL LEAGAL COSTS FOR THE PLAINTIFFS (US) WHEN ARE WE GOING TO GET OUR $100.00 BACK FROM THE CAAN ACCOUNT??? COULD SOMEONE PLEASE POST

    howe come laurel park dont have hoa meetings every month like our counterparts across the way?? we over here are not informed to much. the old person on the board complains to much, and the president should resign after being arrested for resisting arrest and harassing city officials we neep people to represent us that will show up to meetings let alone have them. and learn how to budget our money like spending $6,000.00 on there landscaper (friend) who only cuts the front entrance lawn and cuts georges lawn for free(is that included in his price) look in the papers and you will find an ad someone will landscape at 15% off of any price. so i say lets switch to that company if we save money. and that legacy what the hell do they do for 5700.00 i have yet to see them come to the 2 meetings we had they should show up and introduce themselves to us. we need jim over here so we can get some action. no speeding please.

    I spoke with a lady with the city and she stated that by march 1 we should know something about our property taxes and when we should be receiving new statements and refunds. When I get more info I will post it.
